Corporate Central Promotes Sierra Randall and Alexis Dohm to Member Experience Specialists

Corporate Central is excited to announce the promotion of Sierra Randall and Alexis Dohm to Member Experience Specialists, recognizing their exceptional commitment to delivering outstanding service and enhancing the overall member experience. In their new roles, Randall and Dohm will be instrumental in shaping how members interact with Corporate Central, addressing complex needs, and leading initiatives that elevate every aspect of the member journey.

 As Member Experience Specialists, Randall and Dohm will:

  • Design and enhance the member journey, proactively improving touchpoints through feedback-driven solutions.
  • Manage escalations and complex issues, ensuring thorough, timely resolution.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives that advance member experience, including collecting insights, supporting continuous improvement projects, and participating in testing new products and services.
  • Support implementations and major transitions, collaborating across teams to ensure smooth rollouts of services, mergers, and core system changes.
  • Provide cross-functional collaboration, serving as a resource for leadership and key projects.

“Sierra and Alexis have consistently demonstrated a passion for member care, creative problem-solving, and collaboration,” said Stephanie Schmidt, AAP, AFPP, CCUE, CWCUL, Vice President Member Services. “Their ability to lead initiatives that improve the member experience makes them perfect for these roles, and we are thrilled to see them continue to grow with Corporate Central.”

Randall joined Corporate Central in 2020 and brings extensive experience in member services, including previous work at Brewery Credit Union. She is currently pursuing a Liberal Arts degree at MATC in Milwaukee and recently earned her Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) designation. Randall has also completed The Wisconsin Credit Union League’s Leadership Institute and earned the Certified Wisconsin Credit Union Leader (CWCUL) designation. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending live music events, reading, and shopping. She shared, “I’m excited to step into this role and continue building strong relationships with our members. Helping create meaningful experiences and supporting members through complex needs is something I truly enjoy.”

Dohm, a 2024 addition to Corporate Central, brings a strong foundation in customer service that began at age 14 and most recently as a Client Services Representative at an emergency veterinary hospital. Alexis earned her CCUFC designation this year and is passionate about helping members make informed financial decisions. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her pets, writing, hiking, and connecting with friends and family. She said, “I look forward to contributing to projects that make a real difference for our members. Being part of a team that values innovation and care motivates me to give my best every day.”

With their dedication, expertise, and enthusiasm, Randall and Dohm will continue to ensure Corporate Central delivers meaningful, consistent, and innovative experiences for every member.
