The Wisconsin Innovation Leadership Development (WILD) Initiative turns those “what ifs” into reality.
WILD is a six-month collaborative journey designed to help Wisconsin credit union professionals develop groundbreaking financial products, services, and business models that strengthen member value and ensure credit unions remain America’s best financial partner.
Through immersive workshops, team collaboration, and hands-on prototyping, participants move from insights to ideation, from testing to launch—with their homegrown innovations officially unveiled at The Wisconsin Credit Union League’s Annual Convention & Expo.
