Alexis Dohm

Alexis joined Corporate Central in February 2024 as a Member Services Representative. In this role, she plays a crucial part in ensuring superior member service, addressing inquiries related to products and services, and fostering proactive relationship development between members and staff. 

Alexis brings valuable experience to Corporate Central with a strong foundation in customer service that began at the age of 14. Her most recent position as a Client Services Representative at an emergency veterinary hospital has equipped her with the skills and dedication needed to excel in a member-focused role. She graduated from New Berlin West High School in New Berlin and has taken some classes at UW Milwaukee in Waukesha. In 2024 Alexis earned her Certified Credit Union Financial Counselor (CCUFC) through America’s Credit Unions (formerly CUNA), equipping her with the skills and knowledge required to guide members to sound financial decisions.  

In her spare time, Alexis enjoys spending time with her pets, hanging out with friends and family, and writing. When the weather is nice, she also enjoys hiking with her dog at state parks.
