A Message from the President
As we embark on another quarter, I am delighted to welcome you to our dedicated space for sharing industry insights, thought-provoking education, and strategic updates. This newsletter stands as a testament to our collective vision of a collaborative future, one where innovation and cooperation shape our endeavors.
InterLutions remains steadfast in our commitment to delivering competitive health plans, tailored not only for credit union employees, but also to credit union members and business accounts. Our dedication to enhancing community well-being serves as the cornerstone of our mission, propelling us to provide comprehensive health solutions that cater to your unique needs.
I am thrilled to share a success story that exemplifies our unwavering dedication to our partners. We recently worked with a credit union that found itself constrained by a limited network of providers and services. Recognizing the need for change, we set out on a mission to find a plan that would truly align with the credit union's requirements. Since then, the credit union has experienced unparalleled service and has extended these exceptional programs and services to their business accounts and members. Through our relentless efforts, we facilitated the transition from a restrictive and costly health plan to a flexible, cost-effective solution that has garnered overwhelming satisfaction from employees. The newfound ability to access healthcare providers of their choice has not only improved morale but has also proven instrumental in attracting top talent.
At the heart of InterLutions lies a commitment to collaboration. We firmly believe that through cooperation, we can achieve remarkable outcomes and drive innovation forward. Thank you for your continued support and partnership as we navigate the path towards a brighter, healthier future together.

President of InterLutions

Help Your Employees Distinguish Between FSAs, HRAs, and HSAs.
Tax-free savings accounts can be an important part of your overall benefits package. Although human resources professionals are very familiar with these accounts, some employees may not understand how to distinguish between flexible spending accounts, health reimbursement arrangements, and health savings accounts. InterLutions created a convenient infographic to show the key differences between these. Feel free to share it with your staff and contact InterLutions for more information on how we can help craft the right benefits solution for your credit union. Get the Resource

See What Our Newest Clients Are Saying
“Healthcare options are complicated and critical situations for any organization. This area is not a strength of mine, which is why I am grateful for my relationship with InterLutions. Get to Know Your CUSO Team
InterLutions hits the road to connect with credit unions nationwide.
InterLutions’ reps have been busy logging miles and crisscrossing the nation to meet with our current clients and new friends alike. We love getting out in the field to hear directly from credit union professionals and learning more about their employee health benefit needs and challenges. In March, we were proud to represent the CUSO with our industry colleagues at the GAC in Washington, D.C. You can see our own Ken Meyer networking with America’s Credit Unions’ Jim Nussle and Heartland Credit Union’s Angela Hanson and Jamie Meyer. In April, we were thrilled to participate in both America’s Credit Union’s HR & Organizational Development Council Conference and Ohio Credit Union League’s Invest48 conference.
