Stacie VanDenBerghe is a nationally recognized credit union consultant and dynamic speaker with more than 25 years of industry experience. She has partnered with boards, CEOs, executives, and frontline teams across credit unions of all sizes, delivering strategies to strengthen leadership, drive growth, and foster innovation.
Before founding CU Innovate in 2016, Stacie spent five years as Director of Consulting Services for the Michigan Credit Union League, where she designed and led executive training programs, conferences, and customized in‑person and virtual workshops. Known for her engaging, tell‑it‑like‑it‑is approach, Stacie inspires audiences while equipping them with actionable tools for success.
Stacie’s diverse background spans leadership, marketing, HR, and organizational development, giving her a unique ability to tackle complex challenges with practical solutions. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor’s in Communications from Michigan State University.
Beth Ridley

Beth Ridley is a corporate executive turned workplace culture consultant, speaker, author and CEO of Ridley Consulting Group. Beth combines 25 years of global leadership and management consulting experience with expertise in belonging and positive psychology to help companies turn culture into a competitive advantage by getting managers to genuinely care about – and actively contribute to – a resilient, motivated, high-performing workplace.
As leadership and workplace culture thought leaders, Beth’s work is featured in national publications and she frequently appears on television and delivers keynotes at events around the world.
Beth holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Virginia, an MA in International Relations from Tufts University and an MBA from Columbia University. Beth has lived in London, Tokyo, Johannesburg and Bangkok and now resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin with her husband and three children.
