Orianna Valentine is the Marketing & Growth Strategy Manager at Corporate Central Credit Union, where she serves as a strategic connector between market intelligence, product strategy, sales enablement, member needs, and organizational growth. In this role, she leads go-to-market planning, growth initiatives, thought leadership efforts, competitive intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration across Corporate Central and its CUSOs. She works closely with teams throughout the organization to transform market insights into actionable strategies that strengthen member value, support innovation, and drive growth.
Orianna joined Corporate Central as an Email Marketing Coordinator Intern and has advanced through several marketing roles of increasing responsibility, including Marketing Communications Coordinator and Marketing Strategist. Her promotion to Marketing & Growth Strategy Manager reflects a proven ability to connect marketing, product strategy, sales enablement, and member needs to drive organizational growth and innovation.
A passionate lifelong learner, Orianna holds dual digital marketing certifications, including the Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) designation from the Digital Marketing Institute and the Associate Professional Certified Marketer® (aPCM®) credential from the American Marketing Association. In 2025, she earned the Certified Credit Union Manager (CCM) designation through the nationally recognized CUES Emerge program.
Prior to her career in financial services, Orianna built a unique foundation in creativity, communication, and education. She earned two degrees from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee and began her professional career as an art teacher in the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District, where she inspired thousands of students to explore their creative potential.
Outside of work, Orianna remains an active supporter of the arts and her local community. She enjoys painting, drawing, home improvement projects, gallery nights, local theater, and live music. She is also an enthusiastic traveler who enjoys discovering new places and visiting family and friends across the country.
