A Message from the President

We are off to a strong start this year, and I am grateful for the momentum we are building alongside our credit union partners. InterLutions continues to grow, welcoming new credit unions and business accounts that are taking advantage of our competitive health plans, advanced benefit technology, dedicated service support, and comprehensive wellness and education solutions through our WE-Care model.
As our client community expands, we remain focused on demonstrating the power of collaboration. I am pleased to highlight our enhanced Client Testimonial and Reference page, where credit unions share their experiences and the value they have gained through their partnership with InterLutions.
This growth also brings new opportunity. We are expanding our team and are currently seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to help credit unions navigate their benefit strategies and deliver meaningful value to their employees.
Thank you for your continued trust and partnership as we work together to build healthier and stronger credit union communities.
Jesse Kohl
President of InterLutions

Know where to go for health care.
Not every health concern requires an urgent care visit or a trip to the emergency room. In many cases, telemedicine can be the right place to start. It offers quick access to a medical professional, same-day diagnoses for common concerns, and the convenience of having prescriptions sent directly to a nearby pharmacy. This guide helps you decide where to go for care so you can save time, reduce costs, and get the support you need when you need it.

One habit Amy relies on during busy days – box breathing.

Box breathing is a simple, structured breathing exercise designed to reduce stress and improve focus. By slowing the breath in a controlled pattern, it helps calm the nervous system and create a more grounded state, even in high pressure moments.
I use box breathing both professionally and personally. Before important meetings or presentations, it helps me clear my mind and refocus. Outside of work, I rely on it just as much, whether I am regrouping after a missed golf shot or preparing for an important conversation with family or friends. It is a quick, effective reset that anyone can use anytime.
You do not have to take my word for it! Try it yourself using the steps below and see how it can help reset your day.
Stress Reset in 60 Seconds with Box Breathing:
- Inhale – breathe in slowly through your nose for four seconds. Fill your lungs completely.
- Hold – hold your breath for four seconds. Stay relaxed, with no tension.
- Exhale – slowly breathe out through your mouth for four seconds. Release the tension in your shoulders.
- Hold – pause for four seconds before your next breath.
Repeat for four cycles, about 60 seconds total.
