Here at Corporate Central Credit Union, we understand that credit unions have many options when seeking an electronic bill payment (EBP) product. Corporate Central Credit Union is in the position to offer not only a product that has the functionality of mainstream products, but to back it with the service you have come to expect.
There are two methods of service that offer a starting point for determining how Corporate Central Credit Union can serve your credit union; they are the Front-End Method and Remittance Processing.
Front-End Method The WeBPay Front-End Method offers credit unions an EBP system that allows members to submit payments via the Internet. This method is designed for credit unions currently offering a home banking system without EBP capabilities, or those seeking a stand-alone EBP interface. Corporate Central Credit Union’s role is to work behind the scenes handling back-end processing of payments requested.
WeBPay can be branded to suit your credit union. Requested payments are processed "behind the scenes" so the EBP system you offer to your members is uniquely yours. In addition, the system is front-end independent. This means it can easily be integrated with Single Sign On products offered by any home banking provider, or it can function as a stand-alone product.
Features include: Online administrative database Online access to printable check images for members Email notification alerts for payment notification, insufficient funds, etc. Creation of gift payments and charitable donation payments Ability to transfer to another person’s account via ACH
Remittance Processing Remittance processing is the root of Corporate Central Credit Union's EBP services. At this level, we process the payments of bills for your members. It is a perfect alternative for members who wish to use the Internet banking provider of their choice or those already offering a home banking system with EBP capabilities, but are seeking a credit union source for back-end processing.
